4 Things:

  1. Timers...kitchen timer, sand timer, stop watch...whatever you have. Set a timer.

  2. Chunk work...one piece at a time with built in breaks.

  3. Built in Breaks:

    • Go Noodle

    • Quiet Time

    • Mindfulness activity

    • Out! Go outside! (aka recess + social distancing)

  4. Reward system. Create a positive reinforcement plan for home...kind of like our Gotcha system at school.
