Keep your regular sleep schedule.
Positive affirmations..."hey, Alexa, in 1 hour reminder me that I'm amazing."
Organize (I know I'm not the only one out there that find this gratifying...)
Take a bath or shower.
Facetime a friend.
Listen to an audiobook.
Cuddle your pet.
Schedule in your self-care time.
Color...it's fun.
Laugh.
