You will need to use your school issued email to complete this application.
When uploading images of your drivers license and insurance information, take a picture of those documents, and email or text those images to yourself. That will resize the pictures you took and allow you to upload them to your application.

15 minutes is needed to retrieve your student after you request them for dismissal
3pm is the deadline for requesting early dismissal for your student each day (including in-office requests).
To be excused a student must sign out with the office prior to leaving campus.

Evergreen Public Schools uses ParentSquare for school communication, primarily with email, text and app notifications.
ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number.
We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified.
If you want to update contact information, you will need to reach out to your student's building secretaries.
