• Only digital images accepted — no prints, please
• Submit a JPG digital file
• Photo size must be 2.25 inches wide × 3 inches high
• Image resolution must be 300 DPI
• Only color images
• Sharply focused color pictures
• Neutral background preferred
• Head and shoulder photo with a recognizable view of your face
• Please limit props
• School dress code applies
• No pets, please

You will need to use your school issued email to complete this application.
When uploading images of your drivers license and insurance information, take a picture of those documents, and email or text those images to yourself. That will resize the pictures you took and allow you to upload them to your application.

Evergreen Public Schools uses ParentSquare for school communication, primarily with email, text and app notifications.
ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number.
We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified.
If you want to update contact information, you will need to reach out to your student's building secretaries.
