We’ve been hard at work creating practical, easy-to-use resources to help parents support their children’s reading journey at home. Through a series of Parent Literacy Trainings tailored for Kindergarten through 8th grade, we’ve developed tools and strategies to empower parents to build their child’s reading confidence, comprehension, and love of learning.
Our goal? To make reading at home feel natural, fun, and impactful — without overwhelming parents. We know that parents play a key role in their child’s literacy development, and we’re here to help make that role easier and more effective.

Kindergarten to 2nd Grade: Focused on building a strong reading foundation through phonics, sight words, and vocabulary development.
3rd to 5th Grade: Emphasized helping students transition from learning to read to reading to learn, with strategies to boost critical thinking and comprehension.
6th to 8th Grade: Addressed how parents can support their child as they tackle more complex texts, research skills, and evidence-based writing, all while keeping the love of reading alive.
