Connect Evergreen is a community-based coalition in Evergreen Public Schools working to prevent youth substance use and promote mental health, belonging, and resilience. The coalition engages students, families, schools, and community partners through leadership programs, monthly learning sessions, prevention campaigns and positive social activities focused on building connection and well-being.
We have recordings, handouts and slide decks available for you to review at home all on this website.

We are required to submit a sustainability plan to the CDC by August 2026 with our plans to keep Connect Evergreen running. Please join by bringing your voice and ideas to the table. Roughly 3-4 meetings will be scheduled between May & July.
These efforts take a community—if you want to help, email Coalition Coordinator, kelley.brown@evergreenps.org to get involved or complete this short form.
