Connecting Your Chromebook To WiFi

Text Instructions

  1. At the bottom right, click the time.

  2. Select Not Connected.
    Note: If you see your Wi-Fi network name and a signal strength, your Chromebook is already connected to Wi-Fi.

  3. Turn on Wi-Fi.

  4. Your Chromebook will automatically look for available networks and show them to you in a list.

  5. Select the Wi-Fi network .

  6. Type the network password (if prompted).

  7. Select Connect.


Troubleshooting Connection Problems

Change Your Chromebook/Google Password

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Select your profile picture in the upper-right corner.

  3. Select Manage your Google Account.

  4. Go to the left pane and select Security.

  5. Scroll down to the Signing in to Google section.

  6. Select Password.

  7. Enter your current password, then select Next.

  8. If prompted, enter your two-factor authentication code.

  9. Enter a new password, confirm the new password, then select Change Password.
