Feb, 25 -  PWD II learn hands on web development skills by starting their internship with BKJ productions, Happy Learning !

December, 24 - PWD students went for a tour of Bunker Hill Community College. Our students learned a lot about all the majors offered at BHCC and some of the many benefits of the dual enrollment program.

November, 24 - Special guest speaker - Founder of BKJProductions (Web Development Company in Stoneham) visited CTE - PWD classes and gave interactive presentation 

November, 24 - Students went to field trip to Museum of Science, Boston to watch the Artificial Intelligence (AI) exhibit and iMax Movie. 

May, 24 - Students went to field trip to Boardaborg in Malden to experience problem solving and teamwork. 

April, 24 - Selected 10th grade students started internship at MAP learning center in Malden where  they are learning to use GitHub and working in collaboration with the larger community on sugar lab music projects. To know more about suglabs works check- https://www.sugarlabs.org/about-us/ 

March, 24 - Students went to field trip to Northshore community college to view the post secondary learning opportunities provided. 

February, 24 - Students went to field trip to UMass Lowell Campus to view the post secondary learning opportunities provided. 

November. 23 - Selected students from junior and sophomore class are doing their internship at BKJ productions in Stoneham, MA. They are learning WordPress to make website for Everett Chamber of Commerce. Selected students will be hired by the company for paid job upon successful internship completion. • This is the Fourth year of P&WD-CTE at EHS, first senior class graduated in June-23

  • 8 students class, all passed CTE P&WD class 

  • 6 students earned industry certifications of Certiport - HTML & CSS test

  • 5 students went to college to take degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Colleges include Clark University, Fisher college,  UMass Lowell, Bunker Hill and one student was going in workforce for computer maintenance.

  • Implemented some Flinch Robot programming with Python and FIRST® LEGO®
