Are you one of our valued Partners or thinking about becoming one? You're going to want to read this one; these terms apply to your Eventpipe Subscription.
A "Client" or "Partner" is a person or organization that has a subscription with Eventpipe for the purpose of providing reservation management services for "Events" and/or "Event Companies"
For Hotels

Do you have an Eventpipe account or thinking of getting one? These terms are for you.
A "Hotel" refers to the user that registers for an EventPipe account on behalf of the hotel they are associated with.
For Customers
For Customers
Did you book a hotel reservation for an event that uses Eventpipe? If you booked one or thinking about it, this agreement applies to your reservation and use of the Eventpipe website.
A "Guest" refers to an individual who books hotel reservations and services either for themselves or on the behalf of another individual or organization.
For Event Companies
For Event Companies
Do you have an Eventpipe account through one of our "Partners" or "Clients"? These terms apply to your account.
