About the Teacher

My name is Ms. Sharon Luth and I am the 2nd Grade teacher at St. James School. I have been teaching 2nd grade here since the 2004-2005 school year. Before that, I taught for 3 years at St. Joseph School in Princeton, IN. I taught 2nd and 1st grades there. I graduated from Wabash Valley College with my Associate in Science degree and from Oakland City University with my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education.

Mission For the Class

The mission for the 2nd grade class is to develop and grow as a community of learners where students are expected to work hard and treat others with respect. Second graders are imaginative, loving, fun, curious, and above all natural learners! My hope is that they will continue to be inquisitive life long learners!
