Getting Licensed
The Technician license question pool consists of 425 multiple choice questions. The question pool with answers is updated and published every 4 years. The Technician exam is 35 questions selected from the pool. A passing grade is 26 correct answers.
In-person Classes
Due to Covid-19, no in-person classes are currently scheduled on the North Coast.
Online Study Resources
There are many online study resources. If you learn via videos, search on YouTube for "Ham Radio Technician Study". Some places are offering YouTube Live classes.

Practice Exams
Exam Sessions
Due to Covid-19, there are no in-person exam sessions currently scheduled on the North Coast. There are online exams now. The experience is very good and if you pass, you get your license the next day.
Go to HamStudy.org and select "Find a session". You'll be connected with a VE (Volunteer Examiner) team. Exam sessions use Zoom.
