We score each of our potential and existing partners against our Better Trip Index which evaluates local agencies in terms of their demonstrated ability to deliver Better Trips.
All partners are required to maintain a minimum index score; and overtime we push each of our partners to improve. Together with our partners (and thanks to their commitment to excellence and impact) we're raising the bar and delivering better quality trips for you, and better impacts for the destinations you love to visit.

Our Code of Conduct puts us two steps ahead of basic "industry best practice" and fully embraces the advice and guidelines of recognised authorities like the UNWTO.
Obviously rules without enforcement are meaningless. And so, we use the Better Trips Index, random audits, and traveler feedback measure our partners ongoing compliance. Credibility and accountability are central to our Better Trips promise.
