NHS members are honored at our banquet each year. There are scholarships available through NHS and your service, scholarship, character, and leadership qualities will be great for other scholarships, grants, resumés, etc. In order to graduate as an NHS member, you must:
Completing the application does not ensure membership to NHS. A faculty council will decide your membership by considering the four pillars of NHS: scholarship, leadership, service, and character.
- have been a student at EHS for at least one semester.
- be a sophomore, junior, or senior.
- have a 3.7 GPA.
- be enrolled in or plan to enroll into an upper level course (AP, Pre-AP, Dual Credit).

- keep a GPA of 3.7.
- be an model student throughout your EHS career.
- complete 300 service hours by April of your senior year (Service).
