SELF ESTEEM TRAINING COURSE

To boost self-esteem in young people through creativity and the arts

This project is a Training Course organized by Euroactiva-T and co-funded by the Erasmus + programme of the European Union.

Euroactiva-T is an NGO based in Madrid, which aims to implement actions and projects focused on the promotion of equality, social inclusion, interculturality, employment and entrepreneurship, environmental awareness and well being. Through these actions, we try to broaden understanding and improve the perception of belonging to the European community, as well as feelings of equality between people, regardless of religion, race and social origin.

THE PROJECT

SELF ESTEEM is a Training Course for workers in the field of youth and is based on the use of art and creativity as a form of self-knowledge through self-expression and the discovery of inner strengths, which can often go unnoticed, as well as other skills such as resilience, emotional competencies, flexibility and adaptation to change.

METHODOLOGY

Non-formal education methodology which will facilitate the development and acquisition of new skills, competences and attitudes and thus contribute to social and personal development trough humor, art, creative approaches, psychological, empathic and symbolic activities to create attitude to develop our own positive mindset and lifestyle.
