2. When you plug in your Chromebook, check that the charging light comes on. If the light does not turn on, you may have a bad charger or a bad connection. Check that all parts of your charger are connected, and that the charger is fully plugged into the wall. If you check all connection points and it still does not work, please bring your charger to the library to exchange for a new one.Â
3. Open the settings menu, click on 'About Chrome OS," and check for updates. Click the restart to apply the update and log back in!

Lost / broken Chrome books - $300
If insurance is purchased for $30, all fees will be WAIVED
