Kiamichi Technology Center Information
9th grade students will take a tour of KTC McAlester and get a preview of all programs. (November-December)
10th grade students will attend the Sophomore Showcase, where they will choose three programs to explore with hands-on activities and a more in depth view of the programs. (December-January)
Students can begin applying in their 10th grade year with the exception of those in the 9th grade applying for the BIOMED program only. (January-February)
Once the student has applied they will be called in for an initial interview. (EHS campus, January-February)
After the first interview students will be notified if they were asked to come back for a second round interview usually within about a week. (KTC campus, January-February)
After second round interviews an EHS counselor will notify students of their acceptance. (February-March)
Acceptance packets will be given to students with important dates of upcoming events and deadlines. (March-April)
Students who graduate from Eufaula High School will receive one free year at any Kiamichi Technology Center campus if they attend in the fall after graduation.
