The Sorting Station is a very large part of the Environmental Engineers. It is basically the core of the program. What we do here is we use compost, we recycle, we even have a share box. Every day, we have about 4 kids working the sorting station. Right now, we are working on the Trash Free Lunch Challenge. It's exactly what it sounds like. We have been using 16 bags of trash. We have reduced it to 2. That's how much our sorting station can do in a couple of weeks.
