About Me

My name is Heather Rachael and I grew up in South Williamsport, PA. I graduated from Shippensburg University with and Elementary Education degree and minor in Psychology.

This is my 8th year teaching in Elizabethtown. I love Etown and live in the community. All three of my children attended Rheems during their elementary school years. Prior to teaching in Elizabethtown, I taught both 3rd and 5th grade in the Manheim Central School District for about 8 years. When I resigned in 2004, I took 9 years off to raise my family. I came back to teaching in 2013, and I taught first grade for a year at Mill Road before transferring to third grade.

I am married to Mr. Rachael, who owns a local business. We have a daughter who is a senior in college this year, a son who is a senior in high school, and another son who is a freshman. We are a busy family because all of our children are active in the community and play multiple sports.
