Remind

Remind is a wonderful tool for communicating quickly with parents and students.  Send reminders, links, newsletters, pictures, and more.  Parents and students can sign up with a simple text. Remind is a great way for a student to quickly text you they cannot get on their Google Meet or they have a question without having to call the school or send an email.  Wonderful for coaches and club sponsors too.  Easy set-up and you can use on your phone or computer.

The Remind app can be accessed from your computer or a phone or tablet.  This tutorial takes you through using the Remind app on your phone.  This adds even more convenience for sending messages to your class/team/group when you are away from your computer.

Remind's new call feature allows you to call a student or parent from the Remind app without showing your phone number or having theirs.  Once you complete your call, a window opens where you can make notes about what happened on the call.
