Submission

Call for Papers

SUBMISSION SYSTEM IS NOW OPEN: submission page.

We solicit original paper submissions advancing research that leverages methodological advancements in generative models to address health applications across all data-types. Under this premise, we encourage submissions touching topics such as (but not limited to):

- text-to-image generation

- diffusion models

- large language models

- variational autoencoders,

- normalizing flows,

- generative adversarial networks,

Finally, we encourage work that is actionable in clinical practice, especially targeting application areas that tackle minority data groups and, thus, have their own specific, often under-explored, challenges. Such areas include, but are not limited to, pediatrics, critical care (ICU), rare diseases like Alzheimer, HIV, and fertility.

Instructions for Authors

There is a limit of 4 pages (references not included) for the main text for submitted papers. An appendix can be included in the same document, for which we enforce no page limit. Note, however, that reviewers are not required to look at the appendix. Code submission, as supplementary material, is highly encouraged to help with reproducibility. All parts of a submission, including the code, should be anonymized.

To format your paper, please use the following LaTeX style.

The submission and reviewing process is hosted on OpenReview.  There will be no rebuttal phase. Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection after the reviewing phase.

If the submitted work has previously appeared in a journal, workshop, or conference, the submission should extend that previous work, and any overlapping published work at the time of submission should be stated. Dual submissions to other conferences are permitted.

If accepted, you will have the opportunity to revise your paper before submitting the final version. The workshop will not have any official proceedings, so it is non-archival.

Withdrawal is possible at any point in the submission and reviewing process, before camera ready deadline.  Rejected and withdrawn papers will be deleted from the OpenReview hosting website.

Authors of spotlighted papers will be invited to give a brief talk at the workshop and will be provided with the details shortly after acceptance.
