ACT Payment Accounts:
If you are new to ACT and have never paid directly by ACT, you need to create an SRPS Account. See the directions below to create your account...
How to Create an SRPS Account -
Note: Do this only once. If you already have an SRPS account, DO NOT create another. Creating multiple SRPS accounts will cause significant payment delays.
If you are unable to log in to your existing account, contact ACT Test Administration for assistance.
Take the following steps to create your SRPS account...
1. Enter the web address https://srps.act.org in your browser’s address bar.
2. At the Sign In page, select Sign up for an ACT account.
3. On the Create an ACT Account page, do the following:
a. Complete the Account Information. Note: What you enter for Primary Email Address will be your User ID. Your email address
for SRPS MUST match your TCM email.
b. Complete the Security Settings.
c. Read and accept the ACT Account Terms and Conditions.
4. Select the Continue button. You are automatically logged out of SRPS and a confirmation email is sent to your primary email
address. Your account is created but not yet activated.
5. Follow the directions in the email to activate your account.
6. Once the account is activated, log back in and select My Supplier Registration.
7. Select a method of payment (required).
8. Enter your Social Security or Taxpayer Identification number (required).
9. When you finish, log out. You are now a registered supplier for ACT
If you have previously worked as test center or facility center staff for ACT, you should already have an SRPS account. Please use this email address to sign in. Do not create a new account. Creating a duplicate account with a different email address may cause you to receive an error message in one or more of these systems.
Make sure your SRPS email and TCM emails both match. Otherwise, there will be a delay in payment.
If you need additional assistance accessing your account, please contact ACT customer care at 319-337-1510 or testact@act.org
Our test center code is 174050 (ETHS).
Taxes -
Consistent with applicable federal law, ACT characterizes suppliers as independent contractors for tax purposes. Accordingly, ACT does not withhold income tax, FICA, or other amounts from payments made to suppliers. All payment information is reported by ACT to the IRS and/or other applicable government agencies as required by law based on the supplier’s country of citizenship and/or residence. As required by IRS guidelines, ACT issues 1099-NEC forms to all suppliers who are or have ever been considered United States persons and that receive cumulative payments of at least $600 in a calendar year regardless if the work was performed in the United States or abroad. Suppliers receiving less than $600 in a calendar year do not receive 1099-NEC forms.
SAT Payment Accounts:
If you are new to SAT and have never been paid directly by SAT, email your Weekend Testing Coordinator (osmelakj@eths202.org) with your full name, preferred email, and phone number so that your RAISE account can be created. Staff will receive a welcome email from Raise with instructions on how to get set up to receive honoraria - this includes filling out a W-9 and submitting your bank information.
Raise payment voucher - Once you have completed the onboarding process with RAISE, YOU will create your own payment voucher in your Raise account for the test date you work. On test day, prior to checking out in the main office, complete your Raise voucher in your account and submit it for approval. Log into app.raise.team to access your account and create your payment voucher. Payment from SAT should be received 2 weeks from the test date. Here is a link to a video outlining the process of creating your voucher - https://raise.team/docs/how-to-submit-your-voucher/
Please make sure you submit your Raise payment voucher prior to checking out in the main office to avoid delays in payment!
Benefits of the Raise Experience -
With Raise, you will receive:
•An easy-to-use web app: The app allows staff the ability to easily register for honoraria, make updates in real time, and track payment status on demand.
•24-hour customer service support: Agents will be available to assist with any of your honoraria payment needs via phone, email, or chat functionalities.
