Mission & Vision Statements

Mission of Coaching at ETHS:

To foster equity, student learning and excellence, instructional coaches will partner with educators, empowering them to explore a variety of pedagogical approaches, reflect and grow in their practice and strengthen relationships with students.

Vision Statement: 

To achieve this mission, coaches collaborate with educators to get a clear picture of current reality, identify goals, pick teaching strategies to meet the goals, monitor progress and problem-solve until the goals are met.
