ChromeCamp was born out of the need to prepare ETHS teachers for students with Chromebooks back in 2014., when the first batch of incoming freshmen were being issued Chromebooks. The original ChromeCamp took place on April 23 & 24, 2014 and included over 70 participants in a two-day long event. Since then, we've run almost 20 different camps aimed at preparing various groups to work with Chromebooks and digital tools inside the classroom and out.
