• Record and verify field visits, attendance, and daily activity for workforce management and reporting purposes.

• Sync route and visit data securely to your organisation's web dashboard for monitoring and reporting by authorised administrators.

• Communicate with you regarding your account or use of the application where necessary.

We may use trusted third-party service providers to support data processing, hosting, and application infrastructure. These parties are not permitted to use your personal information for their own purposes and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Camera and Photos

The app requests access to your device's camera and photo library solely to capture and save visit call images as part of the DCR Visit feature. This data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorised administrators within your organisation.

Location Data and Background Tracking

The  app is used by field employees and medical representatives to record attendance, log customer visits, and track field activity during working hours.

To support these functions, the app collects your device's location — including while the app is running in the background — using an Android foreground service. A persistent notification is always displayed on your device whenever location tracking is active, so you are always aware that tracking is in progress.

Location data is used strictly for the following work-related purposes:

• Recording and verifying field visit locations (DCR / visit reporting)

• Tracking travel routes during working hours for route monitoring

• Generating daily activity and attendance reports for your organisation

• Syncing route and visit data securely to your organisation's web dashboard

Location data is collected only during active working hours after login into the app and is accessible solely by your organisation's authorised administrators through the secure web dashboard. This data is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose beyond the field workforce management features described above.

You will be asked to grant location permission (including "Allow all the time" / background location) when setting up the app. This permission is required for attendance and visit tracking features to work correctly. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings, though doing so will limit the app's core functionality.

Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to request correction or deletion of that data where applicable. To submit a request, please contact us using the details on our website.
