Free Virtual Tutoring
Brainfuse HelpNow is a FREE online tutoring resource offered through the LA County Public Library. Brainfuse offers Homework Help in which students can interact with live tutors in math, science, reading/writing, social studies, PSAT/SAT, ACT, AP and state standardized tests; a 24-Hour Writing Lab where students may submit essays and other forms of writing for constructive feedback; a Foreign Language Lab; and Spanish-Speaking Support.
LA County students and families are able to get a free library card at one of the local LA County Libraries. Once you have a library card, you are able to enroll in brainfuse.
Local LA County Public Library Branches are the Manhattan Beach Library, Wiseburn Library, and Hawthorne Library. For additional locations, search the Library Locator here.
