Fill out the form only if you feel one of the following has occurred.
You were given a class that you passed last year, during cyber high, or during summer school.
You are missing a course you need for graduation this year.
The same class appears twice on your schedule
You have a missing class in the middle of your schedule.
*Seniors - you should be enrolled in 6 A-G classes that reflect the major you are pursuing.
In order to best prepare you for placement at a CSU (UC and Community colleges have similar requirements) most AVID students will be taking 4 years of math.

If you have met or exceeded the requirements below by the end of your junior senior year and are considering a non STEM/Business Major please speak with the AVID Counselor about possibly replacing your Math class with a different college (A-G) prep class.
*12 grade approved math course.
This means you have completed one or more of the following with a C- or better (in both semesters) by the end of your 11th-grade year.
