STUDENT WORK PERMITS

Work Permit Information

All students under the age of 18 who have not yet graduated from high school must have a work permit in order to be employed. Processing of work permit requests take at least 48 hours but may take longer.  Please plan ahead!  Students must pick up the completed work permit themselves because their signature is required. 

Note: The school has the authority to deny/revoke a work permit if a student’s grades/attendance/behavior falls below acceptable levels.

Work Permit Procedure 

STEP 1: Complete the Work Permit Application

STEP 2: Drop off your completed application to Ms. Mejia in the Learning Center. Emailed applications will not be accepted. 

• • Please note "wet" signatures are required on application. You cannot submit an application with a preprinted signature. 

STEP 3: Pick up your work permit during break, lunch, or after school.
