MENTAL HEALTH AGENCIES

• • Mental Health Call Center. The Santa Clara County Mental Health Call Center is the centralized entry point for individuals who are seeking behavioral health services in Santa Clara County: 800-704-0900

  • Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI). AACI has an Adolescent Substance Abuse Out-Patient Treatment Program (ADAPT) that provides services for youth ages 12 through 21 (who meet entrance criteria): 408-975-2730

  • Alum Rock Counseling Center (ARCC). ARCC currently provides outpatient, short-term Tele-counseling for youth ages 21 and under: 408-294-0500

  • Almaden Valley Counseling Service (AVCS). AVCS therapists are providing existing and new clients with telehealth sessions via phone or web. Sessions will be scheduled based upon client and therapist availability: 408-997-0200.

  • Community Solutions. Community Solutions provides psychiatric case management, individual /group/family counseling, crisis intervention, medication support, advocacy, & home-based services: 408-842-7138
