Commonly a “cart” setup, not because the room changes during any given year, but because it can change from year to year. A typical cart will have a codec or computer to connect, a good camera, a large enough screen for the class, a connection to a second screen or projector for content, and microphones with long cords that can be placed in the classroom. Schools that use DL more frequently / significantly may install the equipment in a more permanent room setup.

I’m not sure an LMS page is needed. Perhaps the Getting Started page should express an expectation that the sending side will determine the LMS and train students as necessary, but the receiving school administrative / tech / guidance staff will need to assist in communication to make sure this is set up properly.
Link to the LMS Tab but spend some real estate here speaking to the need for LMS collaboration and what that might mean/look like? Be sure to note for sending and for receiving.
