10:25-11:30 Self-reflect: How are you doing with your Norm of Collaboration?

Sticky Wall Consensus Process: Whatever rises to the top should have a direct connection to data.

Round 1 Individually

  • No more than 3-5 ideas total

  • 1 idea per sheet of paper

Round 2 Table Team

  • Individually share your 3-5 stickies; be clear about your ideas; clarify

  • Look for commonalities among your table

  • Organize into 3-5 ideas to share with the large group

  • Reporter for the Table Team

Round 3 Large Group

  • Each reporter brings their ideas to the Sticky Wall

  • 1 reporter at a time shares their Team’s ideas

    • Ensure clarity

  • Remaining reporters bring their ideas to the full group; post underneath common ideas

  • Large group comes to consensus that these are the right Priority Tasks for the Data Cadre

  • Create a heading for each column of Priority Tasks (consensus)

Stretch Break *5 minutes

Direction for next steps

  • We will work in small teams to design the Action Steps for each Priority Task but first…

Review the Data Cadre Vision and Mission

  • Individually Reflect: Are these still on target?

  • Table Team: Share your thoughts and come to consensus as to where we go next

    • Do we revise the Vision and Mission?

      • If yes, what does that process look like?

        • Can the Data Cadre do this work at the April Data Cadre meeting?

        • Can today’s work move forward to complete the Action Steps for each task without this work being completed first?

        • Other?

  • Large Group:

    • Bring the Table Team consensus to the large group.

    • Make a decision as to what happens next with the Data Cadre Vision and Mission.

Preparatory remarks regarding our work after Lunch:

  • We will form small teams for each Sticky Wall Priority Task.

  • Each team will create the vision for the Priority Task, the Action Steps to accomplish the task, identify who is responsible, the timeline for implementation, etc.

  • Consider what Priority Task you are interested in working with.

  • Each Priority Task Team needs both Data Cadre and NDE members.

11:30-12:00 LUNCH

6. Priority Task Action Steps

12:00-1:00

Activity 1: Form small teams (Data Cadre and NDE) to begin working on the Sticky Wall Priority Tasks.
