Coaching Cadre 2324 (3).pdfThis group will be comprised of ESU #3 Member District's Instructional Coaches, Literacy and Math Coaches, and ESU #3 Educational Consultants and Administrators. The cadre will meet to build shared knowledge around best practices in coaching. The meetings will act as a solution-driven opportunity for coaches to collaborate with other area coaches, as well as, explore and try new ideas with the unconditional, positive support of their peers and ESU #3 consultants and administrators. There will be a sharing of district coaching models, tools, online resources, effective practices, and program evaluation in coaching.
