This image outlines the four lesson plan observations that participating RESTORE teachers will complete with their instructional coach. 

Your coach will schedule a time to meet you at your school so they can plan your first lesson with you.

Lesson 1: your coach will work with you to plan and co-teach your first lesson. Following the lesson, the two of you will debrief and start planning for lesson 2.

Lesson 2: your coach will work with you to plan and assist with your second lesson. Following the lesson, the two of you will debrief and start planning for lesson 3.

Lesson 3: your coach will work with you to plan your third lesson. You will teach much (if not all) of the third lesson while your coach is there for observation and support. Following the lesson, the two of you will debrief and start planning lesson 4.

Lesson 4: you will plan your fourth lesson, with support from your coach as needed. You will teach this lesson in its entirety and record the lesson. The coach will provide feedback regarding your recorded lesson.
