2019-2024

2021 Estacada School District Scorecard (Strategic Plan Results)

The Executive Board of Directors charges its superintendent to execute the mission, vision, and values of the Estacada School District. These standards for excellence are contained within the school district's strategic plan which is a comprehensive document built and developed by Estacada community members, partners, parents, students, and employees.

Any strategic plan's value depends on the level of definition, precision, and direction it offers for achieving the most important results. This district scorecard is the central communication tool that lets our community know its schools' priorities, and people can see how their actions help the district maximize performance in effectively reaching its strategic plan goals.

The Estacada School District conducts short 90-day cycles of improvement to achieve desired results through the methodologies of Improvement Science and an Evidence-Based Leadership Framework.
