Jamie is a SomatIQ Breathwork™ Practitioner, trauma informed Licensed Professional Counselor, and Life Coach.

I incorporate somatic practices into my work, helping clients move away from living life all in their head. Being more in touch with your full self increases distress tolerance, improves outlook, enhances bodily awareness, and provides physiological improvements like how quickly your nervous system adapts to stress."

Jamie graduated with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Central Michigan University in 2010. Since then, she has worked to help individuals and families tackle a variety of issues with a focus on trauma.

Jamie offers all services virtually and in person.
