For maximum convenience, we recommend staying in Cergy, particularly as the welcome reception and workshop dinner will both take place close to the workshop venue.

3 avenue du Parc, 95000 Cergy
A four-star hotel located approximately 8 minutes on foot from ESSEC and around 10 minutes from Cergy-Préfecture station. This is probably the most convenient conventional hotel for workshop participants.
28 avenue des Grouettes, 95000 Cergy
A three-star hotel located approximately 10–15 minutes on foot from ESSEC. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, breakfast and a 24-hour snack service.
34 boulevard du Port, 95000 Cergy
An aparthotel and coliving residence offering rooms and apartments, located approximately 12–15 minutes on foot from ESSEC. This can be a particularly convenient option for participants who prefer more space or apartment-style accommodation.
3 rue des Chênes Émeraude, 95000 Cergy
A four-star hotel located approximately 15 minutes on foot from ESSEC and around 8–10 minutes from Cergy-Préfecture station. It is also close to the centre of Cergy and the Les Trois Fontaines shopping centre.
The number of hotel rooms within walking distance of the campus is limited, so we recommend booking accommodation early. Participants should make their reservations directly with the hotels and check the applicable payment and cancellation conditions.
Participants may also choose to stay in Paris, although commuting to Cergy each morning will be less convenient.
In that case, we strongly recommend choosing accommodation close to an RER A station. Particularly convenient areas include:
La Défense, Charles de Gaulle–Étoile, Auber/Opéra, Châtelet–Les Halles, Gare de Lyon and Nation.
Of these, La Défense offers the shortest journey to Cergy and is a good compromise between convenient access to the workshop and easy access to central Paris.
