- Project description: Connect 15 Ubisoft China (Shanghai/Chengdu) AAA game producers and the general studio managers to establish a close relationship between the two studios.

- Meeting preparation: Cooperate with Shanghai studio colleagues to locate a suitable meeting place, arrange the meeting process, and assist in the meeting to ensure the successful completion of the three-day conference.

- Process design: Carefully consider the particularity and importance of this meeting, design detailed and novel meeting sessions to facilitate the exchange of game production experience, discussion of future planning, to lay the foundation for future game production and technical cooperation.

SCash Technologies Marketing Strategies Consulting Project

Model constructing: Conducted data visualization with ArcGIS, completed model testing, and displayed the distribution of shops in Singapore that accept payment from Alipay.

Data interpretation: Obtained the accurate latitude and longitude data with five decimals of over 1,200 stores within two days, and entered the stores’ contract times, daily turnovers, and monthly turnovers into the model built.

Strategic analysis: Applied ArcGIS and R to verify the assumption of stores near bus station enjoying higher turnovers, and proposed suggestions for Alibaba’s promotion.

Prudential Talent Acquisition Management Consulting Project

Process optimization: Offered an NDA and obtained internal documents from the company’s personnel as unprecedented to student consultants.

Project design: Designed a comprehensive plan targeted at loyalty enhanced among interns after referring to critical ideas of membership system, such as granting memberships on a selective basis and sending gifts on a regular basis.

Main outcome: The plan is currently in practical application in the east coast areas of the US.

Ernst & Young Global Taxation Strategies Consulting Project

University of Mannheim, Germany, 2018.02-2018.06

Main coursework: Took the course Business and Corporation Taxation in Europe.

Team project: Participated in the taxation strategies consulting project in E&Y, conducted a comprehensive analysis of the taxation in varied areas around the world and suggested the optimal taxation strategies for client companies.
