SiPearl is a European fabless semiconductor company designing secure, high-performance and energy-efficient processors for sovereign supercomputing, artificial intelligence and data centres. Its technology supports strategic applications in defence, security, healthcare, energy, climate science and engineering while reducing environmental impact. Its first processor, Rhea1, features 80 Arm Neoverse V1 cores and 61 billion transistors, with release planned for late 2026. Rhea1 will power Germany’s JUPITER exascale supercomputer, while Rhea2 will equip France’s Alice Recoque system. Backed by France and the European Union, SiPearl employs 200 people across France, Spain and Italy and is preparing a Series B fundraising round internationally today.
