Biography 

Laurent Deborde (57) began his career in 1988 at the Caisse Nationale de Crédit Agricole as a swaps and swaptions trader. He then moved to international fixed income fund management, then became co-head of fixed income, in charge of Insurance then Credit bond portfolios at Ixis AM.

He joined Caisse des Dépôts in 2001 where  he successively held the positions of head of fixed income portfolio management, head of financial risk measurement and control, head of asset management for the Saving fund, and head of Innovation and development for the asset management division, until become in 2020 Head of Equity portfolio management and fund selection. He is also acting as president for the Emergence Sicav.

Laurent graduated from Ecole Centrale de Paris (Engineer, 1987), is a Chartered Financial Analyst (1999), holds a Master in Economics (2002) and a Data Scientist certification from Telecom ParisTech (2018).
