🔔 CLOSED: BARRIE FAIR Food Vendor Spots are FULL
"Everyone made me feel very welcome as a first time Vendor"
Over the past several years, we have noticed an increase in people getting into the fair for free by claiming to be vendors. To combat this, we have implemented a ticketing system. Each person coming through any gate will be asked to display their pass.
If you forget to generate your free pass, you will be required to pay at the gate. As a legitimate vendor, you may request a full refund at the Show Office.
Unfortunately, we are not able to allow pet dogs on the grounds, as their presence may cause problems for our performance dogs. Service dogs are permitted, with the appropriate official documentation.
Vendors offering agricultural, equestrian, or pet-related products and services tend to perform well. Additionally, general merchandise, food vendors, and family-friendly products are often well-received by attendees.
Yes, vendors must adhere to guidelines outlined by the event organizers. Prohibited items typically include illegal goods, counterfeit products, and items not aligned with the event’s theme or focus.
The Essa Agriplex provides amenities such as electricity and waste disposal for vendors. Specific amenities may vary by event, so check with organizers for details.
Booth locations are typically assigned on a first-come, first-served basis or based on specific criteria set by the event organizers. Preferences may be accommodated when possible, but there are no guarantees.
Wi-Fi is not available. If you require internet access for your booth, please plan to bring your own hotspot.
Setup and teardown times will be specified in the vendor information package for each event. Vendors are typically allowed to set up the day before or several hours before the event starts.
