Chromebook Usage Reminders

Chromebooks are the property of ESM

• Do NOT remove the existing asset tags (labels, bar codes)

• Do NOT add personal stickers or graffiti

• Do NOT put food or drink near the Chromebooks

• Do NOT remove any keys 

• Power device OFF daily 

• Contact the PGLIBRARY at x1511 or stop by for any support

Logging in to your Chromebook:

Username: Lastname.FirstnameGraduationYear@esmschools.org ex. Smith.Allison21@esmschools.org

Students will receive*:

• Chromebook and charger

• Chromebook will have a NAME STICKER

• Charger will have a unique BAR CODE (might want to record number for reference)

*students who did not RETURN devices will not get one during initial check out until a plan is made with Admin for replacement

Students are expected to:

• Charge device and bring to/from school daily

• We do not have extra chargers for use during the school day; students must plan ahead

Report any technical issues to the library.
