Thank you for your willingness to help sponsor the 8th Annual 2025 Collaborative Educators' Summit.
It is scheduled for August 21 & 22, 2025.
Below are notes and sponsorship opportunities for your information and consideration:
The Collaborative Educators Summit theme this year is “Future-Ready: Experiences to Careers”.....those necessary experiences and connections every student needs to be successful in finding their passion for education, career, and life!
This is the 8th year we are providing the Summit at no cost to the attendees through the generosity of our sponsors. Sponsorships at any level or amount help us maintain this tradition!
Estimates of the number of educators and students that have been impacted by the Summit the previous 7 years is as follows:
Educators impacted:
Average attendance
7 years x 200/year = 1,400 educators impacted
Students impacted:
1,400 educators x 3.5 years (mid-point) x 5 classes/day/year/educator x 20 students/class = 490,000 students impacted in the region.
(all numbers are probably conservative!)
As you know the Summit supports all levels of educators helping all students at all levels to be successful in their education (lifelong), career and life.
Some of the major cost items our sponsors cover so that we can continue to provide this professional development at no cost to the attendees (based on our typical attendance of 150 to 200 or more Pre-k through 12 teachers as well as higher education, business partners and other community ecosystem representatives who attend) are as follows.
