I have been teaching for 23 years (does that make me sound old?!), but it is my 4th year at Singing Hills. I have also taught kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade, English Language Support,  Reading Recovery (a 1st grade reading intervention), and I've been a technology integration specialist K-6. I have been a professional development instructor for teachers in technology in the Cherry Creek School District, the Douglas County School District, and at educational conferences across Colorado. I am also the READ Plan Coordinator for Singing Hills. As an educator, I am passionate about literacy, differentiation, and technology integration. I LOVE doing hands-on STEAM activities in my classroom!

 I live in this awesome community with my wonderful husband, Rob, my awesome son, Austin, who is in middle school this year,  and we gained a new son (unofficially on paper, but a son and brother in our hearts) in January 2022. Jackson is 20, and he is part of our family now. We also have 3 dogs - Diggs (10), Luna (2), and Chewie (8 months). I love working in the community I live in!
