Call for papers of the 19th International Symposium of the Tunisian Marketing Association
May 14th and 15th, 2020, in Diar Lemdina, Yasmine Hammamet (Tunisia)
Following the exceptional health crisis, the 18th International ATM Symposium, scheduled for 3 and 4 April 2020, will be grouped with the 19th Symposium. The two editions of the symposium will take place on 14 and 15 May 2021 in Diar Lemdina, Yasmine Hammamet.
It will be an opportunity for participants to share their research. It will also be the ground for fruitful scientific exchanges between academics and professionals. This edition will allow participants to present and discuss research on emerging and up-to-date themes that bring a new perspective to marketing research. The symposium will be held in collaboration with the "Marketing Method" research unit (MM) of the ESCT-Business School, the "Applied Research in Business Relationships & Economics" research laboratory (ARBRE) of the Higher Institute of Management of Tunis "Research Unit and Application Marketing", research unit (URAM) of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Tunis and "Study and Research in Marketing" research laboratory (ERMA) of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Tunis.
If you are a junior or a senior researcher and would like to share your experience and contributions with the scientific community, this is your opportunity.
The 18th and 19th edition of the ATM symposium will focus on the theme of "Marketing and Promotion of the Arts and Cultural Heritage- Post Covid19". Indeed, artistic and cultural work is a unique and a separate product category: they are designed for themselves, not for a target audience. They are driven by their own dynamics, sensitive to political, social and environmental changes. However, several relevant questions bear on this category of products: what marketing strategies can be adopted to promote them nowadays? What are the values sought by the public? What possible effects digital platforms such as Netflix, Google Play have on these products? How can we promote an architectural heritage as a "tourist product" while respecting its core values and authenticity? How can we develop territories by enhancing their cultural heritage? What would be the impact of the COVID 19 health crisis on the marketing of art and heritage? These are all questions, issues and challenges that we will explore together in this symposium.
The following topics may represent privileged research avenues for this 18th edition:
- Territory-oriented marketing and identity;
- Marketing of cultural heritage;
- Marketing and globalization;
- Collaborative consumption;
- Marketing and sustainable development;
- Fair trade;
- Digital marketing, mobile marketing;
- Business intelligence;
- Virtual reality;
- Gaming;

Other interesting and good quality submissions on other marketing-related topics are encouraged and welcomed to enrich content and stimulate debate. This symposium is also open to marketing professionals and will be an opportunity for them to share their experiences and ideasin the field of Marketing.
The best papers will be published in the Revue Tunisienne de Marketing (RTM), special edition 2020&2021, and possibly in the Revue des Sciences de Gestion- direction et gestion des enterprises, Revue Management et Avenir and International Journal of Arts Management.
