Torelló is a beautiful town really well situated in the middle of Catalonia, in the region of Osona. It's one hour away from Barcelona, from Costa Brava and from the Pyrenees. The population is about 15,000 people.
Orographically, the only notable feature of the relief of Torelló is the Puig de la Guàrdia or de les Tres Creus, next to Rocaprevera. In terms of road communications, Torelló is connected by road with the neighboring municipalities of Manlleu, Sant Pere and Sant Vicenç de Torelló; at the same time, it is also close to two major road infrastructures: the C-17 road from Barcelona to Ripoll and the C-37, or Eix Vic-Olot, which connects Osona with La Garrotxa through the Bracons tunnel. Finally, Torelló has a train station on the Barcelona to Puigcerdà line.
Torelló is surrounded by several mountains and hills that are great places to go hiking and get out of the city. Among them, we can find Bellmunt, el Castell dels Moros, el Puig de les Tres Creus, el Serrat Alt...
