Custom electrical work for a 12,000 square foot home located in Thousand Oaks, CA. The lighting system was custom setup to the exact specifications of the client. We installed a 1000 amp residential service line with a 22 Kw backup generator. We coordinated with the electrical engineers for safety oriented, professional modifications on this unique installation.

Installed infratech 240 volt patio heating system with a relay panel controlled by Lutron keypad. In a quick work week, we setup and tested all the components and gave the client a great result.

Occaisionally we will be asked to setup a temporary solution for a challenging construction project. In this case, we provided a temporary power pole for an addition project. Since the old service was in the way of the new structure, we built a 100 amp service with a riser and grounds.
