A. District/Campus Leader Training

Objective: To provide district/campus administrators with the tools needed to successfully transition to and implement Bluebonnet Learning materials
Can include:
- Math and/or RLA RBIS
- Bluebonnet Learning Product Training for Leaders
- Guidance on OER Transition Plan creation (if needed)
- Leadership Learning Walks

B. Product Training - Teachers

Objective: To provide teachers/administrators with the tools needed to successfully transition to and implement Bluebonnet Learning materials
Can include:
- Math and/or RLA RBIS
- Bluebonnet Learning Product Training for Teachers
- Ongoing implementation support
- Ongoing product training, as needed

C. Coaching Support - (Instructional Coaches or Admins Serving as ICs)

Objective: To provide ICs/administrators with the tools needed to successfully transition to and implement Bluebonnet Learning materials
Can include:
- Math and/or RLA RBIS
- Bluebonnet Learning Product Training for Coaches
- Internalization/PLC guidance
- Leadership Learning Walks

D. PLC Support

Objectives:
- To improve instructional delivery of Bluebonnet Learning materials and teacher effectiveness through reflective, outcomes-oriented, research-based learning communities
- To reinforce instructional programs with a systematic process that fosters the internalization of instructional materials, refining instruction based on feedback, analyzing student work data, and deepening understanding of content area knowledge and research-based instructional practices
Can include:
- Math and/or RLA RBIS
- Regular PLC facilitation coaching on campus to support PLC leads through a gradual release model
- Leadership Learning Walks with the campus admin or instructional coach
- Bluebonnet Learning product support

*IMAT funds can be used to purchase any of the supports above

Purchasing Bluebonnet Learning Instructional Materials

All Bluebonnet Learning materials are created with the intention of printing instructional materials for classroom use. As an open education resource, educators, campuses, and/or any individual can access all Bluebonnet Learning instructional materials digitally for free. Printed copies of Bluebonnet Learning instructional materials are available for school systems to procure in the EMAT system.

Bluebonnet Learning instructional materials are available in print through approved vendors. Explore print pricing for all Bluebonnet Learning program print packages available through Region 4's escPrintWorks, an authorized printing vendor, here. (This is 2025 pricing, but the new list will be added as soon as it is available.)
