After registering on the Region 7 Workshop registration site, complete the Google form below to let us know how many students are attending and if there are any special circumstances we should be aware of to help us best meet your needs and the needs of your students.

Each student and adult needs to submit a Consent for Media Release form. You may scan/email or fax them before the event, or you can bring them with you on the day of the event. English and Spanish forms are included below.
