Prior to teaching, Tyler-Jean Hebert spent over 8 years in the banking and finance industry. In 2015, she changed careers and began teaching high school business and computer science. Her educational career began in Dallas, TX, but in 2019 my husband and I decided to move closer to his family and away from the big city to Palestine, TX. Mrs. Hebert graduated from DeVry University Keller Graduate school in 2019 with an MBA in Information Management Systems and Texas Tech University in May of 2021 with an MEd in Instructional Technology. Dawn Leath is a 3rd-grade math, science, and social studies teacher in Brownsboro ISD who is in her tenth year of teaching. She started her teaching career in Seattle, where she taught bilingual kindergarten to students who spoke Mandarin Chinese. Last year she was given the chance to challenge herself to teach virtually for her district. She enjoyed the challenge and learned many new ways to incorporate technology into her teaching. Hunter McConnell is a Media Technology Specialist for Tyler High School and has worked in this capacity for 2 years. Previously he was an Instructional Technology Specialist for Tyler ISD for 4 years. Hunter runs the Media Center at Tyler High School and helps teachers with implementing technology into their lessons.
