Haley Avery

Haley Avery taught middle school science and math at Westwood Junior High before graduating from Sam Houston State University with her master's degree in 2018. She is now in her third year as an instructional coach for Westwood ISD. Haley has a passion for educational research and loves being able to help teachers incorporate best practices into their classrooms. She is also a mother to three girls and wife to a massive computer nerd (who's starting to rub off on her).

Robin Best

Robin Best is entering her 19^th year in education and recently joined the Region 7 team as a Curriculum Specialist. She specializes in RLA K-5 and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and watching Netflix with her Dorkie, Mona, snuggled up beside her. One of her greatest joys is supporting other educators in their quest to make learning meaningful and fun!

Cynthia Boothe

Cynthia Boothe recently graduated with her master's degree in Educational technology and has a passion for presenting to others. Currently, she has scheduled opportunities to present to the staff at the high school at which she works.

Amanda Cox

Amanda Cox has a Master's degree in Elementary Education with a Reading Specialist degree. She has been an instructional coach for 5 years and is currently in her 3rd year as a coach at Westwood Primary. She is a dog-mom to Kingsley, Charlie, and Luna.

Tyler-Jean Hebert

Prior to teaching, Tyler-Jean Hebert spent over 8 years in the banking and finance industry. In 2015, she changed careers and began teaching high school business and computer science. Her educational career began in Dallas, TX, but in 2019 my husband and I decided to move closer to his family and away from the big city to Palestine, TX. Mrs. Hebert graduated from DeVry University Keller Graduate school in 2019 with an MBA in Information Management Systems and Texas Tech University in May of 2021 with an MEd in Instructional Technology. She is level 2 Google Certified and enjoys sharing information in all things technology and how to incorporate different tools into the classroom.

Brianna Hulshouser

Brianna Hulshouser is the Media Technology Specialist in Whitehouse ISD. She was a classroom teacher for 5 years and has been an MTS for 5 years. Mrs. Hulshouser has a Masters in Educational Technology Leadership from Texas A&M Commerce.

Anna Huntsinger

Anna Huntsinger is a passionate educator who is energetic and effective when it comes to integrating technology into the classroom. When teachers enjoy teaching, then students enjoy learning, and this is the approach that Anna has been successful with supporting staff and students alike.

Dawn Leath

Dawn Leath is a 3rd-grade math, science, and social studies teacher in Brownsboro ISD who is in her tenth year of teaching. She started her teaching career in Seattle, where she taught bilingual kindergarten to students who spoke Mandarin Chinese. Last year she was given the chance to challenge herself to teach virtually for her district. She enjoyed the challenge and learned many new ways to incorporate technology into her teaching. Mrs. Leath's goal is to teach students to be producers with technology, not only consumers.

Melisa LeBlanc

Melisa LeBlanc has loved technology since she was a child and her educator mom was tasked with taking on the first computer literacy classes at her school with Apple 2E computers. She has served in education for 20 years in a variety of capacities, including classroom teacher, outdoor education teacher, and GT Specialist. She currently serves as a Media Technology Specialist for two elementary schools in Tyler ISD.

Sherry Luna

Sherry Luna is a thirty-year educator, twenty-five-year wife, and twenty-one-year mom. She has taught 4 - 8th-grade math, science, and social studies. She loves using and integrating technology into lessons, and enjoys sharing the many ways to utilize technology in the classroom.

Hunter McConnell

Hunter McConnell is a Media Technology Specialist for Tyler High School and has worked in this capacity for 2 years. Previously he was an Instructional Technology Specialist for Tyler ISD for 4 years. Hunter runs the Media Center at Tyler High School and helps teachers with implementing technology into their lessons. Hunter is also the districts Robotics Coordinator and is proudly a Google Certified Trainer and has presented at several conferences such as TCEA, TCCA, and FITT!

Kelci Meadows

Kelci Meadows is currently in her 2nd full year as the Technology Instructional Specialist at Whitehouse ISD. She enjoys helping teachers and students be successful in all aspects of teaching and learning. Kelci has been happily married for over 12 years and has a daughter in third grade and a son in 1st grade, who are both basically grown and will tell you so. She enjoys singing in the choir at Flint Baptist Church and spending time with family and friends.

Sarah Moreland

Sarah Moreland graduated from Texas A&M University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences, and in 2019 with a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. She is a 4th-year high school science teacher at Westwood ISD and has participated in the Texas lesson study program for two years.

Sherry Morton

Sherry Morton has been in education since 1983! Teaching high school math for 30 years and now working with teachers and administrators since 2013. It has been a wonderful experience, and she loves seeing teachers and students reach higher levels of success. God has also blessed her with her husband for 27 years and a 22-year-old son who is her pride and joy. Learning is second nature for Sherry, so please join her, and let's learn together!

Kari Noland

Kari Noland is an instructional coach at Henderson ISD who has been in public school education for 15 years, primarily in the elementary school setting. She has a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at Tyler. Her passion is to help teachers grow in their profession so they can help students grow.

Danieli Parker

Danieli Parker is currently the Director of Innovation and Instructional Technology for Hallsville ISD. Prior to this position, Mrs. Parker has been a principal in Hallsville ISD and White Oak ISD. Mrs. Parker is also an associate for Solution Tree and enjoys supporting districts with their PLC and RTI processes. Mrs. Parker has had a passion for supporting and teaching others with instructional practices, PLC, RTI/MTSS, and instructional technology.

Christan Rhea

Christan Rheay is an Instructional Technology Specialist (ITS) with Longview ISD. She was previously a 5th Grade Math and Social Studies Teacher at Sabine Elementary.

James Slaughter

James Slaughter is in his 14th year in education and his 6th year at the Region 7 ESC. He is a science and social studies nerd who enjoys spending time with his family, rocking climbing, and dreaming of joining the Avengers. Teaching is his superpower, and he loves challenging, encouraging, and inspiring people to learn.

Dr. Amanda Smith is a Digital Learning Specialist for Lufkin ISD who loves to learn and collaborate with others! She is a certified Apple Learning Coach and certified Google Trainer. Dr. Smith is always happy to help figure out the most efficient way to do something!

Brad Stewart

Brad Stewart is the CTO for Lufkin Independent School District. LISD IT supports the teaching, outreach, and administrative IT needs of 700 faculty and 700 staff across twenty-one campuses and support facilities.

Marquita Stottern

Technology, learning, and sharing this knowledge are Marquita Stottern's greatest passions. Marquita has been in education for 20+ years. Her service in education includes classroom teacher, GT, STEAM, Robotics, Region VII and VIII Regional Coordinator for the College for Texas Campaign, director for the Outdoor Education at Sky Ranch, Instructional Technology Specialist, and currently serves as the District Student Services Coordinator at Mineola ISD. Marquita has been a presenter for the TCEA Conferences, Region VII & VIII and others.

Buffie Walton

Buffie Walton is in her 21st year in education and recently joined Region 7 ESC as a Curriculum Specialist. She has been a PK-K instructional coach and reading specialist. Her passion is to motivate and support teachers as they grow the young minds of their students. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and teaching twirling to young people across the region.

Madolyn Wise

Madolyn Wise is in her 17^th year in education, and this is her 1^st year at the Region 7 ESC. She has been a math and science instructional coach, a math instructional specialist, an all-content instructional strategist, and a PK-5 Elementary Math District Coordinator. She enjoys spending time with her sweet husband, four children, two grandsons and watching her youngest play volleyball.

Ali Worsham

Ali Worsham is an ITS in Longview ISD and was the TCEA ITS of the Year in 2020. She is passionate about working with teachers to enhance their curriculum, creating fun and effective PD, and creating a positive Ed Tech culture in schools! Ali holds an M.Ed. in C&I along with an M.Ed in Ed. Admin.
