• Students must attend a school district within the Region 7 area.

• Open to students planning to attend a College or University within the Region 7 area:

• High School Senior Graduate

• Three Letters of Reference: such as (1) personnel – superintendent, principal, counselor, or teacher; (2) personal reference – pastor, neighbor, personal friend, employer or sponsor of extracurricular activities 

• Official Transcript 

• Financial Need
