Colby Nichols is an attorney and lobbyist who has primarily focused on government law. Colby has a wide breadth of experience in the legislative process representing numerous clients on issues relating to education, taxation, healthcare, construction, public finance, economic development and elections. 

Dr. Todd Davis serves as the Associate Commissioner of Instructional Strategy at the Texas Education Agency (TEA), where he leads the strategic development and implementation of innovative instructional frameworks that advance student achievement across the state. With a deep commitment to educational equity and excellence, Davis oversees initiatives that support high-quality curriculum design, instructional materials, and professional development for Texas educators.
